The MEHROX Zanshin was originally developed as a karate gi. MEHROX Zanshin is often used in ju-jutsu in the style of ju-jutsukai (self defense ju-jutsu) and in aikido. The Zanshin is also
appropriate for practicing throws, but it is not originally intended for martial arts training with throws/rolling. We would recommend a more robust suit when practicing styles where the
person being thrown puts up resistance. MEHROX Zanshin is a cut according to our standard measurements; the fit is airy and generous for added comfort and movability. The sleeves and legs are a little bit longer than those on our standard suits (see the enclosed sketch). The pants feature an elastic rib and a drawstring at the waist. The uniform also features details and properties normally found on expensive suits, but the MEHROX Zanshin is available at a very affordable price.
